Double Pouch Packaging
The JR Maruani VIVAPAC medical pouch packing machine is available as a double pouching machine. In the example shown medical devices are loaded into the twin lane 4 sided seal machine. They are sealed into an inner pouch. This pouch is then packed into a second Tyvek pouch for later use in a sterile field. This system produces double packed product at a rate of 50 units per minute.
